Well everybody, I know I've been away, but hopefully not forgotten. I'm still lingering around trying to find myself amongst all that I let slide during my weight loss. But........I am trying to come back a little at a time. Here are some pictures I had promised back some time ago.....

This is me August 22nd on the day of my last doctor's appointment.

The first picture is of me the day I started MF 05/09/05 at 250 lbs.



The 2nd one is after 25 lbs loss.



The last picture, is of me today at almost 40 lbs gone.



I still have another 40 to go. What do you think?

Well here goes.. I had to dig to find the 1st 2 pictures.. they are from last year but are the same as my Mf start-up weight of 267.5#..

Well, here goes nothing. I decided to share, as I finally got a decent picture after dropping 40lbs.

My BEFORE picture was taken in April '04 so it is a little dated. But it myself, my husband and my 2 little girls.



My AFTER picture is just me and hubby, taken this past weekend at my cousin's wedding. I feel much better and hubby (who is also MFasting) has lost 21lbs, and looks great ...

Hi all. Finally have gotten around to posting pictures of me. Very nerve wracking I have to say. The before picture is of me at my sons christening party.
