Hi, Everyone.
I emailed a couple of photos of me at my heaviest. One is of me and my baby right when we got home from the hospital. That's Scott's room that my mom and I decorated. It is so cool!!! Granted, I truly did "just have a baby" in that shot, I think I was 194 lbs.



The other pic is 5 weeks later. I am making some kind of freaky face, but ...

Well, I decided it was time to make a serious commitment :oops: . This is not my best picture :couch: but it is me at my highest weight ... 201 :aarggh: . Now, this pic has no make-up so ... be gentle ...

Okay, I am jumping into this thing with a passion. I introduced myself yesterday on the Forum under the topic, “Enough, Already!” I am that 76 year old who is committed to the challenge of spending the rest of my life (how about 20 years!) as healthy and trim as I can be.

So Feb 1st has been the day I set to start Medifast. I've tried all sorts of diets, have success for a while and then I stall and get so frustrated because I'm doing everything the books tell me, not cheating and still not seeing any loss. Well, I decided to stop wimping out! Please note that these are before pics, but not the worst of the lot. I don't keep pictures that are absolutely horrible - they hurt my ego! But these are a pretty accurate depiction, albeit probably 10-15 pounds below my highest weight, as I quit smoking and put more on...Anyway, as you will see, these are not full body shots - I swear I was looking ...

Okay... here goes, here's a picture of my on my wedding day September 4, 05... same starting weight. The girl on the left is my best friend from high school, and she weighs no more than 110 soaking wet! Kinda hard with that all my life to compare to... :)
