Well, here it is. My before picture :shock: Now my secret identity has been revealed! Oh no! ;) I'll post a during picture when I think we might be able to see a difference.

Hi, my name is Jennifer. I have been considering surgery for about 1 year.My husband, friends and loved ones are opposed to me doing this. I just happened upon medifast a few days ago. I do not know if I have the will power or whatever to stick with this kind of diet.

I'm also concerned about the weaning process. How are 'real' foods reintroduced? I'm afraid that it would all just pile on again. ...

I just sent Tim a new picture without shades and minus 19 pounds!! I have a long way to go, but I'm happy with the progress so far. Heck, my chins are shrinking!! :D

Well I too am finally going to put my picture out there.

I started last summer and did great on the program almost hitting the 30# mark in about 2 months time. Than I went on a short vacation and got off the plan. I returned with the attitude of oh I am going away again in less than a month so I why bother starting again. I managed to keep the weight off till ...

Well, as I stated I would, here is one of the few pictures of me in existence. This was taken at the end of January so it is very recent and although it does not show my face I believe it certainly shows the extra flabbage. I am very much looking foward to being able to post an after picture.

As long ago promised, here are my before and somewhat-after pictures. In the first, I am an insulin-dependent diabetic, suffering from hypothyroidism, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetic neuropathy (nerve damage so severe in my legs I was using a walker and on my way to a wheelchair), diabetic infections (one nearly fatal that put me in the hospital for a week), and the beginnings of seizures or mini-strokes according to my Neurologist.
