Hi all...well Lisa has inspired me to finally share my actual BEFORE medifast pic (taken the day before we began the program)....



...and a pic taken just this morning (half a pound shy of the 40# club).




Hope you can see a difference other than my hair color (which changes frequently).

Unca will you please add my pics to my post. I am emailing you my beginning pics as of today. Hopefully those double chins and rolls will be gone soon:)

I'm 2 ounces shy of 44 pounds.....I'm hoping to be at least 1/2 of myself by my 10 year anniversary on December 20, 2006.

Okay, I'm taking the plunge and being accountable. I am a very elusive creature, it's hard to get a picture of me, but I've found two at my starting weight. Thanks for putting them up, Unca!
