I should be in the 60# club by morning! I HOPE anyway! I look back at day one and I'm floored at my success so far.
Even though I can't wait to get to my goal weight...I'm really enjoying this journey. It's exciting and it will most definitely keep me in check once I'm maintaining.
I started the program on January 12th at the weight of 212. I was amazed at how easy the program was for my busy lifestyle. Trust me, I have tried many different programs and nothing compares to the Medifast program in my eyes. Pounds were dropping like mad, ...
This week, #8, has been a milestone week... Unca has been good enough to induct me into the Twenty Pound Club and today is Half-Way Day! I've sent a new picture along, Unca (bless his ) will have it up soon I'm sure.
Many thanks to those who have extended a helping hand along the way- Happy Saturday to all & keep shakin'!

Greetings all! :D (Scroll down to see my edit/update!)
I'm a new kid on the block & hope I'm doing this properly... linking to pics on my own server, so hopefully this flies :) I was so inspired by everyone's pics, I wanted to share some of mine  ...
Ok......I'm trying to be brave. I am adding my BEFORE pictures today. I NEVER want to look like this again. I am starting MF 06/14/06. I think that showing these will hold me accountable for my "rebirth". I will post new ones that will show my progress.
I have found comfort in this website, and all of the words of support. Thanks for all ...
