Hi all. Just started on the program 7/31/06. Been fighting my weight since 1983 after the birth of my son. Taken it off a coupla of times, but have always let it creep back on. I'm just under 6 ft. Highest I got was 270ish. Right now I am 233, and am going to get to 150 and stay there. (If I say it and dream it, it will be...) Love the forum, have learned ...

Ok well I decided that since I am on my way I might as well share how I looked in "The Beginning"!

This photo of me and my hottie husband was taken back in February of this year. I was 250lbs in this photo so it was only a few pounds higher than my start weight.


This is of just me in March I think :) ...

When this photo was taken I thought I looked pretty good! Wow, now I realize I am huge! I am going to take some during photos as I go, mostly to help myself since we sometimes only REALLY see ourselves when we look at a photo.

Hi y'all. So here's my "before" picture. Look at those chins! This was actually taken last summer, but it's an accurate depiction except that my hair is longer now.



I've also submitted a pic for my avatar that is also an accurate depiction except for my hair. It's longer now and the bangs go in the other direction, but other than that it looks pretty much exactly like me. It's kinda' sad because isn't ...

Please keep in mind that the first set of pictures were taken in 3/06, the second set were 6/2/06 and the third set (red shirt) were taken June 30. I have now lost a total of 75 lbs, but don't have the most recent pic yet.





I will try to take some this week..

I don't know how much you'll be able to tell in these pics. I wear alot of black, ...

I hope these pictures are okay. I don't need to ask if you notice the difference.
I can't go anywhere these days without friends I haven't seen for some time asking me how I lost so much weight.
I'm very happy to tell them!




The first picture, of course is my BEFORE picture, taken at 195 pounds or more some time before beginning Medifast.
