down 70 lbs and 44.5 TOTAL inches! 11 of those inches are my waist alone. WOO HOO!!!!

just an FYI...in the first picture it kinda looks like I'm bulging out on the sides. albeit that USED to be the case...it's not in this instance...it's just the way my tsfl shirt happened to poof out <----for lack of a better description. LOL

Here are my Week 20 pics. 101 lbs lost (that I know of)


For those who don't remember, I started in size 58-60 jeans and 4XL shirts, and am now in size 46 jeans and 2XL shirts. I am down at least 101 lbs, and probably more, but I only know I started over 400 lbs.

Looking forward to becoming an even bigger loser, or should I say smaller loser ...

Hello everyone. Well I love looking at other peoples pictures and seeing what a difference MF has made. It sure has given me encouragement to try this and stay with it. So I also finally decided to send in some pictures of me to be posted. So as soon as they are here take a look and let me no what you think. See a change???

OK Everyone ... I finally got up the nerve to post pics!! :shock:

The first one is from November 2005 when we went to Disney in Florida (thats my youngest son with me). I was 224lbs in this picture (same weight as when I started MF in March 2006).



The second picture is from vacation in Hilton Head, SC this July. Funny, but thats the SAME ...

It's that time again... Comparison between me in February at 268(lost 8 before this pic and starting mf) and now at 199...I am pretty sure the smile lets you know how I am feeling. :D





Slowly but surely I am rediscovering myself. Thanks for coming along on the journey! :-P

Well I finally did it. I sent Unca my pictures. The first was taken in September of 2004 at the unveiling of one of my bronze sculptures in front of a racetrack. I rarely allowed my picture to be taken but couldn't escape it then. I thought the size of this sculpture would keep people from noticing the size of me! :D Alas the pictures went ...

Well, I've lost just over 50#'s now and I guess it's time to post some pics....

Here is the only before pic of myself I could find that wasn't from the back or had my hand in front of my face....(231#'s).

DeDe was in Kentucky/Cincinnati this week so I drove down to see her last night from Ohio. Doesn't she look great! We went to TGIF and had a great time!!

I am sad to say that I didn't take a true "before" picture so the first ones are me a little over 20lbs. smaller than my original starting weight.
