Things are slowing down a bit for me here lately.
Several contibuting factors, I'm sure, but we all know as we inch closer and closer to our goals...our bodies want to hang on to every last bit of flub it can. That's ok though...I have more determination for it and I WILL beat this flub down to the end...till there is no more! :lol:

As promised, here is a pic of me from my trip to NYC yesterday for the Italian Festival. Last year I posted a pic from the festival and I was down 20 lbs. Now, one year later, I am down 68 lbs.!!

I have decided to go all in and put my before picture up here. This picture was taken when I was on vacation in Montana and is the only full length picture I could find. I was at my heaviest at 220 when this was taken. Hopefully I will have a new picture to post soon!!!

In response to peer pressure coming my way (you know who you are! haha), I had my friends take some pics of me this weekend. I've sent a couple to Unca to post, they should be coming soon to a theater near you!

I began MF on November 10th, 2005, and I am now 42 weeks into the program. I love the diet, I look forward to the meals, and I've never felt ...
