My week started badly, emotionally speaking, but I made it and lost two more pounds. "Success in a Shaker Jar" made it clear that I'm in an actual recognized phase of boredom. Hello all. I've been away from the boards and the MF for about 1 month now. I had to have Major Surgery (thank God, I found out everything is fine.) So now I feel wonderful and I hope to restart the plan tomorrow. The good news is, I haven't gained more than 2 pounds. I am again looking forward to all your support.

Well, I weighed in for the end of month #1 on medifast....20 pounds GONE!!!! 8)

I was hoping for a 20 pound loss and it was EXACTLY 20!

I have 6 packets of Creamy Broccoli soup and 12 packets of Cappucino that I will never consume. I don't want to throw them out and was thinking I could trade them with someone. Maybe someone has some shakes or oatmeal that they don't want and we can just mail them to each other with no money exchaning hands?
