I had previously posted this in response to something Tamil had written and due to the fact that it has me very concerned and it received no response where it was, I have decided to run it as a new post..

Has anyone else had this same problem? Does anyone have any suggestions or advice? ANY help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Tropical Creme Shake

1 cup crushed ice
6-8 ounces cold water
1 packet Medifast Orange Pineapple
2-4 Tbsp sugar free mango syrup
1-2 Tbsp sugar free Coconut syrup

Pour all ingredients into blender...blend until smooth and frothy

With a busy household, I didn't want to worry about cleaning a blender everytime I made a shake; BUT I liked having crushed ice. So, DH bought me a metal meat tenderizer. I put my cubed ice in a sandwich bag and smash the ice (with the smooth side of the tenderizer), toss it in the shaker jar, add water, the shake powder and anything else I need for flavor, and shake away! Okay, here I go. My name is TC, and I am starting the program today. I actually started a 2 weeks ago with my sister, after a really good week were I lost 10 lbs , she and her husband just found out they are expecting their second child, so she had to come off the program...and since I am over her house a lot so did I. She has gone crazy!!! ...

I think we should all add up what we have individually lost and see how much collectively we have lost since being in the Medifast program.

I have lost 30 lbs while on Medifast, now the next person tell us how much you have lost and then add it to the total, so the grand total right now is:

Hi,

I've only been back on the program a few days. I weighed myself this morning and it was 218 lbs. I like the idea of weighing on Sunday because it kind of start the week for me. So I will weigh next Sunday to see what the loss is.
