Hello!

I have read from time to time that some of you have mixed diet soda with a shake packet.....if you have done so, please advise.....do you mix straight dry packet with one can soda, or do you cut it down and how do you get it to "mix" without making a MESS.......Please advise! What is your process? I am a Diet Ginger Ale and Diet Cherry Coke addict!

Hi,
I started medifast Monday. Mon/tues I had 100% days with the 5 and 1 plan. then Wed I went off and ate 3,000 calories total. Did better yesterday, went off but not as bad and ate 1,450. I am at 1,500 today and won't eat fo the rest of the day.

I think the 5 and 1 may be too hard for me now and the idea of preparing and eating my real meal ...
