We have recently come to realize the Subway makes salads. They will make any sandwich as a salad... just ask. They are really good, and if you get double meat and no cheese, its a great Lean and Green idea.

Just thought I'd throw the idea out there.

My best friend introduced me to this program. Today is my first day! Im really excited to begin this journey with her. I am going to need all the support and encouragement so Im glad to have this website to help me along the way. Day1 is about halfway over and I feel great! Lets see how Day 2 is for me.

Does anyone have any scoop on whether low carb tortillas (or like the veggie/spinach ones) are legal? It would be nice to wrap my chicken up in something other than a lettuce leaf once in a while.

These are size 26 pants I was wearing when I started Medifast. I was able to fit both my legs in one pants leg but was afraid of falling over.
