Are headaches common in the beginning of Medifast?

I weighed after taking my Sunday morning walk and have now lost 40 pounds thanks to this wonderful new way of being...Medifast is the tool and it is up to me to look at all of the other issues surrounding that flabbage thang!! Does anyone know if it is okay to donate blood while doing the Medifast 5/1 plan?

Spidey here, up at the unGodly hour of 4am (ok, so it's 5am now, but I've been up!) weighing in for the week! Spidey's tights are fitting better this week. I lost another 6 plus the 5 I didn't post last week which puts me in the 50# club!Yea for Spidey!!!

Ok I'm not very punny but I just wanted to add some thoughts, now that I'm at about 7 weeks of MFing.

1. My skin has never been so clear. Even the little bumps on my arms are gone. Even today, with the impending visit from Aunt Flo, my skin is clear. Amazing.

2. Energy. I just feel like I have so much more energy than I used to. Usually I get a little anemic ...

O.K.....You guys aready know I'm the crazy MF popscicle lady, so I want to share a strange combination with you that I really like. It reminds me of those chocolates with fruit cream centers :heart:.....NOT that anyone here would like those things besides me ;)
