Oh, My! It’s Legal Punkin’ Pie!

Ingredients
1 packet Medifast-Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
1 packet Medifast-Multi-Grain Crackers
5 oz water
¼ teaspoon + Pumpkin Pie Spice (to your taste…Leopard Woman likes a tad bit more!)
3 packets Splenda™ (to taste - )
(Optional: Squirt a teensy tinsy bit of Redi-Whip™ or a teensy blob of Fat Free Cool Whip™ on top)

Directions
Mix Oatmeal, water, Pumpkin Pie spice and Splenda™ together. Microwave on high 2 min. ...

Here is how I did today - I'm hoping for comments/suggestions if I need to change anything. I decided to do the 5 & 1 plan:

8:30 - Shake
Water.... 10 oz

11:30 - Shake
Water....10 oz
1 piece sf gum

12:00 (driving to take my daughter's shopping) - 2 c. chicken bouillon

3:30 - shake

Pickle

Water...32 oz between 12:00 and 8pm

4:30 - MF oatmeal w/1 tsp Splenda

6:30 - 2 ...
