Hi everyone! I have been trying to post for a few months, but my posts haven't shown up! My husband and I are doing MF, and we've had great success. If this posts shows up, I'll be back later to do a proper introduction.

I have what I can only assume is the flu...
I can't get ahold of my doctor.. I just need to know if there is any reason I should not have MF shakes today?

While I try to remain effortlessly hip, I occasionally glean tips from magazines. The chunky,oversized cardigan has replaced the jacket for fall! I just wore one to Starbucks and felt very comfy and warm. So if you have a few in your closet that aren't TOO oversized you might want to hold on to them!

I hit a plateu for almost 2 weeks and no mater what I did I coulodn't brak through it so I got discouraged and stopped eating medifast meals. I after that 2 weeks I checked the scale to see how much I gained during that time and I actually lost 3 lbs so my plateu broke without me trying finaly. So I am starting back on today.
