Just had to share this minor victory for me... Last night I made dinner for my husband as a treat for him, a pasta dish that is one of our cold-weather favorites... I tested the pasta (one piece) and had a small taste of the sauce to be sure the flavoring was good - less than a teaspoon. Finished up his dinner, then made the chicken ...

Am I just nuts? I can't find Vanilla RTDs.

:?: I am new to this medifast system. (Just finishing my 2nd day). I am wondering if you can have eggs, boiled or scrambled for your protein meal?

1 packet Vanilla MF Shake, might be good with the chocolate...
Pumkin Pie Spice to taste
a little cinnamon
Ice cubes to taste
A little vanilla extract
a little splenda

I've decided that I need to add weight training to my exercise plan so I went down to the fitness center where I work last week and had them help me put together a program. When I asked how I would measure my progress, the woman asked if I had had my body fat percentage measured recently. I said I had never actually had it measured.
