I made it through the 1st month on MF but my stomach seems to be constantly upset. I also have a "gunky" feeling in my mouth ALL the time that makes me cough. My partner says I sound like I'm coughing up a hairball? After drinking a shake I always have to eliminate saliva. Water does not seem to eleviate this feeling in my mouth.
