I am also waiting for my order to arrive. I ordered Monday after finding an ad in Diabetes Forecast. I'm 50, 4'11", and now weigh 184. I used to feel very fat at 150! How's everyone? I haven't posted in a month. A lot has happened to me since. I got really busy preparing for a week long conference. Then went away for a week. I was extremely stressed during that time. I get back and my dad get sick and gives us all a scare. He spent 4 days in the hospital and he's fine now. Then I got and still am soo busy at work ...

I am a newbie to medifast. I think im going to like it given the fact that i can eat 6 times a day plus i dont really have to worry about picking out what to eat since its already there....i need to lose about 120 lbs....soo i hope this works well for me...


anybody have any pointers ?
