I will truly enjoy meeting the New Year this evening with family and friends
knowing that my usual New Years resolution to lose weight and get healthier is WELL on it's way to becoming true !!!

I started Medifast yesterday and so far am loving it...unfortunately tonight I didn't realize that I made an error until I was reading along in the forum....I thought I was doing quite well tonight, using my fat free salad dressing on my green salad along with my 4 oz of chicken.....I just went down to the fridge to check the carbs on my dressing and it has 11 grams per serving.........ugh.....does this mean another three ...

Crystal had been bummed out about the holidays approaching and not being able to enjoy her favorite egg nog. She ordered some Davinci Sugar-Free Egg Nog flavored syrup to remedy the situation.
