What is the "maintain" by medifast that is being advertised on TV? Is it the same thing as medifast? If not what is the difference? Is it made by Medifast?

I just started Medifast today, and I am feeling very positive and excited!
My current size/weight is a size 18 and 177lbs., and I want to lose about 50lbs. - or get back down to a size 5 again.

I have taken it upon myself to stay at home tonight.... I did not buy any liquor, snacks, or foo foo stuff either. I am enjoying my medifast shake and the kiddos are watching tv all nestled in their beds. This is definately a different "bringin in the New Year"!!!

What is the difference between regular member, preferred member and trusted member?

I do not know if it has to do with with how many post/threads you have written, amount of weight loss, time you have been a member here or it is acquired through other related manner. I am just inquiring since I see it, but am not sure how it affects the members here.
