Just wanted to share a little tip - file' powder is good for thickening up the chili. Just shake a little on, and your chili becomes nice and thick (not like sludge, but has a thicker texture).

I'm not pregnant but I wanted to ask would MF effect my ovulation or periods? I'm 28, and one day wants kids. I know from reading the pamphlet the supply came with says to be off it when pregnant, but is that because I would need more caloric food & nutrients for the baby, or is the mixture of ingredients aren't good for a baby?

I purchased a Take Shape for Life scale last month. The capacity is 330 pounds. It's on sale this month for $54.75. I appreciate that it measures my weight to 2/10 of a pound, so I can see the littlest change and know that it is accurate.

It's been a busy week so I haven't had a chance to check in. I'm so excited over the fact I've finished a full 4 weeks and then some! My official status leaves me at a -21lbs....needless to say I love it!

Hi everyone. This is my first post. I completed only 9 days of MF, and I lost 8 pounds! I'm reallyhappy about this, but I also noticed that the pounds aren't coming off since the first 5 days. Is this common? I can definately tell that my clothes are loose, and I can tell in my face, but I feel like it's just my imagination, now that the needle hasn't moved?
