okay so because i plan on losing quite a bit before the wedding... here is pics of me about 9 lbs lighter than i am now, but more than i was when i stopped mf...and yes thats "The Dress"

I am proud of a small victory I had today. I took one of my crews out to breakfast and unfortuntely I was craving a breakfast taco. For those of you who dont know what that is it is a soft flour tortilla loaded with whatever you want. I love potato egg cheese and ham. I sat down and almost talked myself into eating it but I kept thinking ONE DAY its only one day ...

Lately, with my work schedule, it's been tough to have two separate supplements during the day. So all last week I was just eating two supplements at the same time, halfway through my work day. Is this a bad idea? I really don't HAVE to do it that way on any day except Friday - the other four days I can make time to eat twice, I just have to stick to it.

Stop Enabling. No one ever forced anyone else to enable. Say how you feel, don't just complain. Take action to change what you dislike, don't just run from the problem. If the people this so called enabling is disturbing would take a stand and actually speak up to the ones they believe are being enabled, perhaps this would be a forum for change and a better board instead of a divided one that frankly has ...

So yeah, i was on medifast up until about a year ago, went on a trip with my boyfriend for a week and a half and magically couldnt keep myself on track. I "thought" i would be fine but over that year roughly 20 ...

Hi everyone ! Has anyone used the Dual Action Cleanse product and been on Medifast at the same time ? A friend of mine gave me a 30 day supply of Dual Action Cleanse, she said she feels great and highly recommends it. However, I am worried that it might interfere with my Medifast program. ANy advice ? Thanks !
