FINALLY got around to snapping some pics with the Harley as promised. One of my rewards I planned when I reached my goal (done on Nov 17, 2004) was to learn to ride my husband's Harley. I'll have to settle with just riding it because it's too heavy for me to handle.

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone involved with making this website and posting their experience. I have been on Medifast Complete for 1 month now and am down 10 lbs (even though I work out 1/2 my usual routine every day) & couldn't be happier!!
