Ever see that commercial with the woman who cannot hold her bladder? What does one do about the pee pees ?:roll: It seams as though I've spent a good portion of my day in the restroom. Will this ever let up? I cannot imagine what would happen if I were to really drink a substantial amount of water. I am back and forth to the restroom just from the drinks, not the water. Fun while Exercising I PROMISE!

I bought a great exercise dvd!
It is by The "Crunch Workouts" and it is Cardio Salsa!
I bought it at WalMart for $9.99 and it is super fun if you like to dance to a great beat!
It is tough though and I have only made it through 20 minutes or so each time I tried it, but had a blast while doing it!

Chili Fix

I was having some trouble with the chili, getting the beans to not be hard. Yesterday I had the idea to mix my chili with a bit of water and leave in the fridge overnight, you know like we used to soak the navy beans before making ham & beans with them?

A cleaning whirlwind...

This might sound corny, but tonight I cleaned out my kitchen of most all non-Medifast foods. I didn't do this even before when I started because I figured non-perishables could still be used when I hit Goal.

Well, I decided tonight they had to go. All I want to see is food or drinks I can have without compromising my plan!

Sunday 1pm, 6th feb

Hi everyone
Well I reached my first goal this mornin, to get under 130kgs. WooHoo!!! 129.9! That's 7.1kgs in 14 days, 15.6lbs! I'd love to keep going at this rate, however, I must prepare myself for things to slow down soon.
