I started MF 2 wks ago. I just found this great support site a couple of days ago. Just had to get up nerve to talk. Anyway, the first 4 days were tough. I had no trouble staying on track I was just so hungry. I take vitamins with the morning shake. I mix morning shake with iced coffee and a little sugar free hazelnut syrup. This my second time on medifast and the shakes come sometime next week. They cannot get here fast enough for me. Weight come off please if I only had to look just at my head or shoulders up I look pretty good but from the head down, YUCK!!!!!!!Short and pudgy this makes me feel sad and I want out this body.
