The book Success in a Shaker Jar

Hello all,

I borrowed this book from my dietitian for a week and I am loving this book! I think it should be a mandatory buy with your first MF order! I am going to get one on my next order.

I think my losses are going to be even greater now with the great info from this book!

To snack or not to snack, that is the question!!

I'm looking for advice/thoughts/examples on the allowed snack - - do you do it? Does is aide in weight loss or hinder?

I'm asking because I know I'm supposed to have the 6 meals and the snack seems optional - - is it better to skip it or have it? To be honest, I haven't needed it yet. Of course, I am only on day 2 - lol. I did get a bit hungry today ...

Cold Cereal

Good Morning,

Hey I was just wondering if anyone else has tried this. I put one packet of Apple Cinnamon Soy crisps in a bowl pour one RTD over it and eat it like cold cereal. It is good with both Vanilla and Chocolate. It has become my favorite breakfast. Anyone else ever tried this?

Hello everyone. I just recently found medifast and am thinking about ordering. Do you have any advice on what to order. I've seen the variety packs on the medifast website but I don't want a bunch of food I won't like. How many shakes should I order for the four week plan?
