Heidi and I happened to catch that documentary movie called "Super Size Me" on Showtime recently. Has anyone else seen it?

Wow! What an eye opener......if nothing else, it sure makes it easier to drive on past the "Golden Arches".

It is in the video stores for rental as well. I highly recommend it as a motivational tool to help you avoid fast food cravings.

Its TamiL...I changed my email address on my profile..then I had an itch to change my user name and password as well..just for a change..and now I cant log on!! any suggestions? I changed my profile name to Patience (thats what Im praying for right about now) and changed my password too....figured Id give myself a new "look"....but now IM stuck!!

I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH THE NUTRITIONIST AT MEDIFAST. SHE SAID THAT THEY ARE CHANGING THE MEAT PORTIONS ON THE LEAN AND GREEN MEAL SO THAT THE PEOPLE ON THIS PROGRAM WILL BE ABLE TO HIT ATLEAST 800 ...

Okay, so I go to Tickerfactory.com and creat my ticker, then what? Is it the HTML URL I copy? or the ezCode or bbCode? For some reason my ticker shows up with a bunch of additional jibberish.... :x
