I now hate to talk about my wedding because i worry i end up running off and getting diarrhea of the mouth and going on and on ...and...yeah

I did however think it might be a good idea to ask you ladies (and gentlemen!) if you have any good advice for us soon to be newlyweds on creating a good solid foundation for our marriage.

so i went to my aunts house yesterday and DID NOT snack at all. i had some crystal light and that was it! her house can be one of my biggest downfalls because she always has delicious food there.

also she told me her and my uncle noticed i look like i lost weight. she said he saw it this weekend but now she can tell as well. I havent weighed myself since monday but ...

Boy, it doesn't get much more off topic than that does it? Anyway, I have over 50 cross stich pattern books that I need to get rid of. Anyone here that might be interested? I was going to try EBay, but the ones listed now aren't selling and I don't want to waste the insertion fee.

I just ordered a months worth of Medifast food. How difficult is it at the very beginning? Are you always hungry? What's up with the Lean and Green thing? On the official website it puts it up there as if that is how it should be but here people are talking about just drinking the Medifast food.

I'm wondering if anyone has the Health Mate Blender? If so, do you like it, was it worth it? Why do you like or dislike it? I'm using a regular blender now for my shakes and it just seems so big and bulky -- just trying to find a better way.
