Sometimes during the Sunday Morning Weigh In's, I notice that people post at all different times of the day. This is understandable, since our busy lives do not allow us to always jump on line the first thing in the morning.

This post is just to throw out a commonly known fact just in case someone is not aware of it.

I'm waiting for my medifast products to arrive next week. I'm doing the 5 and 1 plan and hope to lose 20lbs.

HI all

Well for the last two days I have been ill. Fever and the other not so good stuff. All I could keep down was Sprite. Today I feel a bit better but a bit fearful yet to eat or drink shakes.

Any suggestions out there on when I should try to get back on MF.

Hi, everyone! I've been in and out of "lurk mode" for a few months now; finally got up enough gumption to get with the program. It's only Day 3 for me, and I am easing into the plan by eating some lean protein at dinner; otherwise, it's shakes, oatmeal, and bars.

I have a question for ya regarding the membership status descriptions appearing below our names when we post in the forum.

As an example, I am listed as a Newbie, while other members may be listed as regular members, trusted members or preferred members.

At first, I thought it may have to do with the number of posts each member has made (common on a lot of forums), but now I am leaning ...

I have a suggestion to the Medifast company, or a "wish," and that is that I wish that they would print on each supplement packet the directions for mixing it. The mixing instructions are on the box, but not on the packet. I always take the packets out of the box and throw them in my purse, briefcase, backpack, etc. This ...
