Can you count drink mixes as part of your daily intake? I really HATE plain water. I have been drinking the Walmart brand lemon tea and lemonade drink mixes. I know the lemon tea has 5 cals per serving, but the lemonade is 0 cals. Both are 0 sodium and sugar ...
