10 Things I've learned in the 6 weeks I've been on Medifast:

1. MF foods that I initially hated are my favorites, now that I've learned how to prepare them. :flip: I never thought I'd learn to love the Chili and the Chicken Noodle Soup.

We went to my inlaws this past Friday night and Saturday. They live 3 1/2 hours away so I had to take my MF with me and planned on having a Lean & Green for supper on Saturday.

They do not know I am on MF again, I just don't want to tell them, I want them to see that I am losing weight.

Noticed leg cramps lately (at night) but now my calves are sore..both of them...all the time.
Went to web md to read up and it started talking about Deep Vein Thrombo. and blood clots, etc. Kinda scary. But, my legs arent hot to the touch and not swollen or anything in the serious symptoms area.

Anyone had anything similar?

After shopping all day for thinner clothes, we can thank medifast for our new look. For the first time I am not embarassed about having my picture taken in a swimsuit.

My Doctor gave me the go ahead to start program last week.
My nutritionist called and cancelled our appointment for last Monday but rescheduled for Sat. I really glad I got to speak with her....I guess I shouldn't have started it without talking to her first. We decided I need at least Veggies in my life. :mrgreen:

One suggestion she made is to grill toms, onions, ...

Anybody every hear of these? They are distributed by a company (online and in a store in Myrtle Beach,SC) called Pop n'Stuff. Yeah, they sell some sinfully delicious popcorn but also a humongous variety of syrups and there are sugar-free versions sweetened with a kind of sweetener I've never heard of. Maltitol but something else proprietary, I think.

Oh, and they also sell the best tea for iced tea you've ever tasted: the only tea ...
