Day four on the plan. Doing it right that is. I was just wondering about the food. Today i had:
3 shakes
1bar
1 chicken noodle soup
1oatmeal
3 oz of chicken

Finishing day 3!!!!!!!!!

Today, I am finishing day 3. I don't really know if I've lost any weight due to my "monthly" visitor :shock: . But I should know something and be back to "normal" before Sunday's weigh in. I really hope to be a little lighter, but if not then I'll try for next week. :D

I'm on day 2. Ordered directly from Medifast before I found these great sites for support.
I am doing the complete fast. I understand that to be 5-6 supplements a day and three of those must be shakes and only one bar, is that right?
