That's right folks. I have NOT been on the 5 and 1 plan since september, just incorporating them in my life, i have been working the plan correctly and 10 pounds gone in 7 days. I proberly could have lost more if i had drank my water like i was suppose to but i will take 10 pounds and run with it. But this is a little harder than i thought. But i am so ...

Has anyone noticed a change in hair, skin and nails since being on Medifast? I feel like all of mine has changed for the worst. Ay suggestions?

I have been doing the program since Tuesday and have had no loss. Maybe it's because I was only used to eating once or twice a day? Does my body have to become used to food before it will burn fat?? I really don't know, but am a little disappointed this morning :cry: .
