Hi. I really need a little guidance. Can anyone who's lost a lot of weight tell me how they did it, using the complete fast or the 5 and 1 plan? I read somewhere that you have more accelerated weight loss with the complete fast. Is this true? Please help. Thank you all.

OK, week 3 is over...time to exercise. I know a lot of you recommend and do pilates and walk. I have a perfectly good normal blender but when I started MF again I saw the M.B. and thought how clever it looked.

I'm thinking of asking for this for Mother's Day, but haven't quite yet justified the $60 to do it.

I am planning on purchasing some of the Medifast products, but I am stumped on what I should purchase. I am leaning more towards the Medifast 55 Starter Kit, but it says that it is supposed to last 28 days if you follow the 5 in 1 plan. However, also in the details it reads that there are only 84 boxes. I calculated and figured that there should be at least 140 boxes to last ...

I am feeling great so far. I have been having my shakes every three hours by the clock and drinking lots of water. Hunger is not an issue, (yet).
