i was on weight watchers for awhile but was getting sick of it so i ordered mf im still going to ww just to weigh in..it will keep me from cheating and i plan on doing maintence with ww when i reach a goal weight...anyways i weighed in on sat and lost 8 lbs.

starting weight 178
new weight 170

my heaviest was 233 i lost some on my own and joined ww at ...
