People i am .5 pound away from being in the 90 pound club. That's a 1/2 pound away. I lost 3 pounds this week and 2 days. I usually weigh in on Sundays, but it was TOM for me and i did not want to depress myself by getting on the scales. I am so close to be being under 200 pounds that it is killing me. Yesterday whe I had the unexplainable 2 lb gain, I decided to try to stop the diet coke habit. I have cut down in the 6 wks on MF but am still drinking more than I should.

I have not had any since 10am (I usually drink it all day). I am sooooo tired...I mean really tired. Has this happened to anyone else? How long will this process take?

ok, i need to ramble....please forgive me for being long-winded. feel free to chime in!

i am in my second week of MF and lost 1 pound, bringing my total to 11 pounds. you might be thinking "yay!" or "ok, so what is her problem?" or "is she cheating?" ...

I mix my cappuchino in coffee, and just got some of the Chai Latte in my last order. I was just curious if people normally just make it with water, or what other tricks you have tried. Let me know....thanks bunches.

Good Morning Everyone:

My box arrived yesterday and this morning I started with a dutch choc shake at about 7:30am. It is 8:30am and I already feel hungry. I think it is too soon to have another shake so I am going to drink some black tea,as many cups as it takes to fill me up.

Because of reading all of your posts last week, I do believe that I can force myself to follow ...

I've lost 23# but it doesn't really show that much yet. I tend to carry a lot of weight in my chubby cheeks and chins. Sometimes I think I was suppose to be a chipmunk. hehe

okay before i tried my magic bullet today i HATED the vanilla shake mix. This morning ( my birthday BTW ) i only had VANILLA left from my sample pack i ordered 10 days ago.. yuck i thought, how does chili sound for breakfast ????? but i so wanted to use my birthday present to myself ( the magic bullet ) that i said okay-- ill stomach the vanilla just this once.... it was YUMMY ...

Well, I went on my cruise back in November and fell off. I gained all the weight I lost plus 3 lbs. So, I got my Mom on Medifast and we are both starting today! I am excited because I know it works. Anyway, you will be seeing me on this more now. My Mom too, though I don't know what her name will be.

Hi everyone ! Happy Monday..you all are the greatest! Found out the hard way NOT to make up 3 batches at once in a container and refrigerate it to take meals out of throughout the day...thought I'd save time by mixing 3 packs of orange in a pint shaker, taking it to work and letting it refrigerate before I needed it every 2 -3 hours...WRONG...it got real thick and the flavor changed chemically or something...the ...

I have tried so many ways to doctor the chili and ate a box and one more envelope and I just can't do it anymore. :x I loved the minestrone but now I don't anymore. It's like my tastes have changed. I am on the MF for diabetics so unless you have any of those shakes, I will take any of your oatmeals (yum yum yum), cream ...
