Hurray Hurray Hurray! I'm so glad I'm back with my lifesaver- MF!! ;) I started on June 1st with a 22 pound weight gain from the previous 2 weeks! Was ready to cry! Well... on June 2nd I weighed in 5 pounds lighter... and on June 3rd (this morning) I weighed in 4 more pounds flushed! So 9 pounds in 2 days is helping me feel better!! ...

I planned on waiting until Sunday to change my ticker - but I'm down another 3lbs. since Sunday - yeah me!!! :D

Do I have to go to Ticker factory and create an all new ticker every time I want to update mine? If not, how do I modify my ticker to show my losses?

I just wanted to share with you guys what I did this past holiday weekend. I have been overweight my entire adult life. I am 35. For as long as I can remember I have been wearing a size 22/24. When buying clothes I generally don't even try them on I just buy size 22/24. My sister always gets mad :x at me for doing that. Well ...

HELP, I need to post that my scale at home is soooo out of wack that I took it out to the back forty and shot it ! :shoot:

I started working out on Tuesday, May 31 after work. I weighed in on the gym scale. It weighed me in at 240????? Not 221 like at home.
So of course I thought the gym scale was ...
