Hi, guys. I'm just finishing Day 2 (one more shake to go), and I feel just fine. No headaches, no fatigue, no anything since I started. So ... do you think it's OK to resume my workouts tomorrow, or do I really need to wait another day? I don't care about the treadmill, but I miss lifting.
