Hi everyone, I'm one of those people that starts and stops and I can't seem to go beyond 5 days to one week. I have an embarrassing problem. My husband complains about how bad my breath is when I'm on this and I can't take it, so I start eating again. I try everything: brushing my teeth, mouthwash, breath strips, nothing seems to help. Does anyone else have this problem or is something wrong? Help! ...

I'm FINALLY all healed up from my esophageal surgery and ready to get back on the MF wagon.
I started today and hope that I will be able to stay on the program until I get to a more normal size. Instead of working towards a certain weight, I'm working towards a size - a normal size 14 would suit be just fine. In terms of numbers, that will be somewhere around 180 ...

I would like to trade a box of chocolate shake and a box of vanilla shakes for oatmeal. I am out of oatmeal and it's not time yet to order another month work of product. If anyone is interested, please let me know.

I ordered the medifast online at the medifast website on 6/11 and have not recieved it yet. I saw they took the payment out on the 16th :x . I am so irritated at them. How long does it take to get the products from here?
