OK IS THERE A SECRET TO THE CHILI? I BOUGHT SEVERAL BOXES THINKING, I LOVE CHILI. BUT EVERYTIME I COOK IT THE BEANS ARE CRUNCHY :cry: AND IT ALL TOGETHER JUST TASTES YUK, EVEN AFTER I SEASON THEM. AM I MISSING SOMETHING? PLEASE HELP ME LIKE THIS CHILI.

I have been extremely busy this weekend so I haven't been around much. My youngest son (14) played in a Gus Macker 3-on-3 basketball tournament this weekend. The temperatures were at least 95 to 100 both days and there was very little shade.

Hi all..dont know if there are any of the oldtimers still here..but I had lost 20+ pounds in a very short period of time and was doing well holding it off until situations arose....excuses, excuses, excuses...dont we always have excuses...

Anyhow to make long very long story short I have had 2 total hip replacements and 2 hip revisions the last one on dec. 14 2004.....I had kept the weight off and was in fine ...

I havent checked in weeks ....In May I was in a bad car accident and since then recuperating at home... and of course I had to stop the diet. But now I'm better and starting over again....amazingly enough even though I was eating a usual diet...ie meat and potatoes...yikkees....ohhh my gosh it was so good!!!...sorry guys....I only gain 4 pounds in those few weeks.....I'm still in the ten pound club though!!!!hurray....

Today I made a huge commitment to Medifast and more importantly to myself. First, I went closet diving:
==> digging out and trying on clothes I haven't worn in years -- a number of them fit! Some I am too small for! :D And some I hope to be able to wear very soon. It's like getting a new warddrobe. Medifast FUN! ...
