I bought samples of the oatmeal flavors and tried one tonight. I had the french vanilla berry. It smells really good, but the taste was blah. I even put in three packets of sweet n low and a little bit of salt to flavor and it barely made a difference. I put in just under 3/4 cup water and added a little bit more as I stirred. Hi everyone. I got my starter kit today. It came so fast. I just ordered on Friday and here it is Tuesday and it arrived today. Let's talk about plateaus for a few minutes. They drive us crazy, and we need to have some knowledge and plan for getting through them.

As I've posted elsewhere, I just got off a very frustrating plateau: I sat at 200-201 from Tuesday, June 14, through Saturday, June 25, despite staying on plan.

The question I have is if a person on occasions has their lean/green meal and has a tendency to go over a cup of green(s) in order to maitain a "full" feeling, is this ok at times or is this as bad as having a Big Mac and is a big NO NO?
