Waist - no loss
Abs - 1" loss
Arms - .5" loss
Thigh - no loss
Chest - no loss (thank goodness!)
Hips - .5" loss
Knee - no ...

I know some of you really like this :D , but I really don't :tongue: ! Do any of you have suggestions on how to make this more tasty? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Just got back from the hospital with my mom.. we went on Monday as soon as I got back from BRANSON.. I packed alot of the supplements with me and had a good week.(just sitting around the hospital) there's so many new people since I left on June 16th.. If a woman is still hungry, can she have a 70 shake instead of a 55? I ran across a comment to this effect in one of the messages. Would that help alleviate the hunger symptoms? How much difference would it really make in the weight loss :?:

Question? :?: Would it be safe (wise) to include a diet suppressant while on MF?
I realize MF has produt(s) with appetite suppressants in them, however; I have been used to taking a product called Xenadrine (ephedra free) which seemed to work very well in the past. I thought maybe it would hopefully enhance the diet program. :D ...

Sometimes we have trouble believing that we have lost the weight, I am finding out. Even though I am 42 lbs. less and my 3x clothing is "out the door," I still can't believe it. So, I found a picture of me taken one year ago...eating cake.
