2 questions.

Are we allowed to marinade chicken before we put it on the grill? What is the limit on that? Is it counted as a condiment? Any suggestions on this would be great.

And I was reading some old posts (page 3 on LC) and I have to ask, what is Molly McCheese and where can I buy it?

I am considering doing the 6 and O plan rather than 5 and 1.

Will the results be better? What has everyone's experience been...i.e. approx weight loss each week, adjusting to no food, etc.

It's been a LONG time since I posted, so I just wanted to give everyone a shout. I'm so happy to say that I have lost 90 pounds since February 12th of this year. Long story short, since the hot dog incident I have been struggling. I have officially fallen off the wagon. Today I binged. I had fries, chicken sandwhich, onion rings, pizza and breaststicks. On my pre-Medifast days I would not do a day like this. I feel disgusting and disgusted!
