Hey, I just wanted to share my great news! I lost a clothing size! I started in a size 26 (almost tight, too!) and now I can wear a 24 again! I went out clothes shopping today as my pants are baggy and worn out. Well, these pants are now my BEFORE pants! I only bought a couple of shirts and capris as I know I will drop another size soon.
YEA! ...

I just have to brag on our 17 years old - It has been five weeks and he has lost 35 lbs.
How do you ask? - Well he had a "why" we are planning a trip to Cabo - and he wasn't willing to swim with his shirt on one more summer. :D

I am starting my second week of MF and I was an exercisererer ;) before I started. But I quit and I didn't do anything for my first week. Today is day 1 of week 2 so I started back. Treadmill, my cindy crawford "new dimension" video (love it!) or free weights, alternating 5-6 days a week. :weightlift: ...

Got my shakes in the mail today. I am not starting on the weekend because it will be way to hard. I will start Monday on Medifast. That way I will have 5 days to prepare my self/body. Like I said, weekends are HARD. Hopefully by the next weekend hunger pains will be gone.

Has anyone ever seen that movie "Ground Hog Day", where the guy keeps reliving the same day over and over again? Well, I feel that's me on the M.F. plan. Everyday I start out saying , "I will get through just today without cheating." By the evening time I always end up cheating. Then I have to restart over again the next day and it happends all over again. The good thing is ...

7.5 lbs!!!! :yay: I am sooo happy!!! I was just hoping to start off with a good 3 pounds. I have never lost 7.5 in one week. NEVER. This is GREAT!!!

(Shhhh... :hmmm: don't say anything about water weight, let me enjoy this moment!!)

I have a couple questions. I must admit, I have visited several medifast websites and I have to tell you, this is by far the best. What I am questioning is this one website where they sell medifast 70 shakes predominately, and suggest doing the "medifast" ...

Hi to all! We just got back from Disney World, and we had an amazing time! It's one of my favorite places in the world to go... I did eat off plan while there, but tried to be sensible... also did not drink pop and walked TONS... I'm back on my MF full force and will weigh in Sunday, so I'm hoping I didn't backslide... Keep your fingers crossed for me!
