I immediately thought of my MB with the choc shake and Davinci hazelnut syrup, I love that combo.

OK, I am a person that doesnt like water at all. Its hard to stomach it -even spring water.

Just wondering if me drinking a bottled water called fruit 2o is OK

There are no calories,sugar,carbs and less than 5mlg of sodium

there are 20 ounces per bottle and i drink 4 per day for 80 ounces

I have been on MF for 3 weeks and I am down 16 lbs.

I have a weird thing going on, I am doing the full fast and cant seem to eat all my supplements everyday!? I am never hungry and have plenty of energy but I usaually miss one of my supplements....Is this a big problem??
