I'm struggling with how to shop...since i bought 2 month's worth of product, using a kit...but there are not enough shakes in a MONTH KIT to last a month if we're to use the product like the directions; with at LEAST 3 supplements being shakes a day! AM i to order a month kit and then suppliment with a large order of shakes?

Some of you may remember from other posts that I started doing MF with my dad in May. He's about 150+ overweight, type 2 diabetic, high blood pressure, and has sleep apnea. He was a mess. Anyway, he started MF on May 21 (with blessings from his doctor) and as of today, has LOST 59lbs!!! :yes: (He's doing the 5 &1 diabetic program)

I've always had a hard time keeping my weight in check, even as a little kid. I'm in the Air Force, so it's tough being overweight since part of our job is to be in ...

Finally, I have arrived 40 lb club! Sorry to say that I am just visiting on my say to the 50 lb club! Hopefully this will be a VERY SHORT STAY! I feel very good today...getting out of the 30's. My goal is to lose 15 lbs by the end of the month...so far I have lost 5...I just may do it!

I'm going to see my doctor tomrrow to have my thyroid checked. I've done the medifast for 2 1/2 weeks and only lost 7 pounds and i'm SO FRUSTRATED! I can't wait to excercise as my spinal surguries just need to get movie and I've been sluggish after years on pain meds and such but something is not right! I DON'T GET IT! :(
