I've read almost every posting on the diabetic sight, but I still don't get much feedback on weight loss. :( If I've overlooked a posting on this, please guide me to it. Just want to hear about a diabetic medifaster who is doing the program correctly and has lost weight. Wanting to lose weight in Ga., Jules

I think I come from the place where so many others have been. I've tried everything and nothing seems to work anymore. As I saw that 200 lbs approaching, I realized I needed a change. I researched various programs and this one seemed like a great fit. I could use a variety of products (shakes, soups, oatmeal) and have a regular meal too. The simplicity is wonderful.

I'm on day 2 and feel hungry but ...

Medifast isn't just helping me fit into my pants better, it stopped my sweating problem! :D Before MF, just walking from my car to inside any building would make me start sweating profusely. I made it a habit of heading straight to a bathroom so I could cool off before anyone saw me. I would get so embarrassed ...

Need some input from a diabetic medifaster that uses insulin injections....or anyone else who can help :| Took my first vanilla shake...before this, I also took by blood sugar reading....it was 111. As per status quo, I also "shot up" my insulin....10 units usually gets me.....Three hrs. later, I started to get that low blood sugar feeling :roll: ...

Today is a dreary, gray, and rainy day. While we need the rain it certainly isn't helping me much today. It is that TOTM and work is slow. My mind keeps telling me I'm hungry even though I just had some Medi-Chili. Quite a bit of it too since I added too much water so I added an extra fast soup to it to thicken it up. Well, this is my first day without the scale and I'm telling you, I think I am going through withdrawls. !! :dooh: I need my scale but it was a love/hate relationship. So, I won't weigh again til Sunday Roll Call. Sigh !! (My choice of course).

I never see the diabetics posting on the MF message boards....I will start this week on the diabetic 2 wk. starter kit....I am anticipatory, but I still wonder if I will, once again, have my hopes shattered by this nasty disease :?
