I'm trying AGAIN today. I'm so proud of all of you. I love seeing how much weight everyone is losing. I've been trying to stay on program since May '05 believe it or not. It's nice to see all the other people that started in May also and stayed on plan, how successful you guys have been. It shows me that the program works, I just haven't worked the program.

Does anyone have a recipe for cole slaw? I thought I had seen one but can't find it. I LOVE cole slaw and would love to have it again. I know we can't have the carrots but even the cabbage would be great

I have lost another 4.2 pounds this week for a total of 16.4 pounds! WOOHOO. Ok, I had to toot my own horn.
