I know I didn't post on Sunday I was in NY.. I saw "Wicked" it was a fantastic show!! I wanted to let everyone know on Saturday my weigh in day I lost another 3 lbs. Hi there... started Medifast for my first time today. After reading all of the posts here, I decided to try Medifast as opposed to Nutrisystem. After my rock and roll first week I got all secure in my plan and made a major mistake last night! I was running around a lot yesterday with the kiddies and ended up not getting enough supplements in. I find the shakes very filling and even though I am keeping notes about when I eat when I arrived home I realized that in order to get 5 shakes in I would have to stay ...

I have been off program all day and most of last night..I am SOOO sick it's not even funny.I missed going to N.Orleans and have rescheduled for Friday but not sure if I will go or not at this point..Mom has an appointment on Thursday and can not miss it as it is the pain Dr for her surgery(back) have waited soo long for this appointment..
