Yes we are in the path of this hurricane..We live about 30 miles from the mississippi coastline.. I am still not well but have no choice as to leave as we are in a double-wide and they are predicting the winds in this storm at around 155 miles per hour.. I have a box of Dutch Chocolate 55 and a box of Chicken Noodle Soup that I would be willing to trade for Orange, Orange/Pineapple or Vanilla. Can't seem to get used to the taste of the Chocolate.

Got some crackers in my order today. I know we can have one packet a day... Should I eat them separately than my medifast packets? I know I can have them with fast soup or my lean and green, but wouldn't it be too many carbs if I had them with lets say--my chicken and wild rice soup? How long after a MF supplement should I wait to eat my crackers?

Quick question - I'm in my second week on MF, week 1 I was down 10.6 #'s, yeah right? Well, I'm 3 days into week 2 and not an ounce is shed, this morning I was even up like 2 #'s. I'm following everything, to a "t". I'm trying not to get discouraged, I know it's early but what's up? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

Is there anyone else around here who LOVES those Perugina Baci chocolates (which we cannot have for awhile....) Anyway, I'm a huge fan of those little Italian delicacies and I discovered something wonderful today. I mixed some Davinci Hazelnut syrup in with my MF chocolate pudding and I have created a "Baci pudding" delight!

(I'm having so much fun with this....I also bought DV Amaretto syrup, which I will add to my next vanilla shake ...
